Rose Tattoo – European Tour 2019 (Preview)

They are a living Hard Rock legend, Rose Tattoo from Australia. The band was founded in Sidney in 1976. No one is on board anymore from the founding members. The only member from the early days is singer Gary “Angry” Anderson, who replaced Tony Lake after a few weeks. Since that time, Rose Tattoo have repeatedly splitted, but always reunited, with changed lineups.
Eight albums have since been produced, but of which the 1980s “Scarred To Life” was not released. The so far last studio album dates back to 2007 ( “Blood Brothers”). But that does not mean that the musicians were idle afterwards. Regular tours and various festival appearances were on the program.
Also, for the summer of 2019, Rose Tattoo have announced a European tour. And there is something to celebrate. Forty one years ago, the band’s self-titled debut album Down Under, also known as “Rock n Roll Outlaw”, or “Rock n Roll Outlaws”. In addition to appearances in various clubs in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Belgium and the Netherlands, the Australians can also be seen on the holy field of Wacken. As a special gift for the fans, the complete debut album will be played during these performances. As support are either the Hamburg band Hardbone* or the Canadians of The Wild# on tour.
